As a F&B Trainee Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the industry and learn about all aspects of F&B operations, including kitchen operations, service, and management. You will be exposed to different cuisines, food preparation techniques, service standards, and customer service skills that are essential to succeed in the F&B industry.

During your F&B Trainee Internship, you will get hands-on experience in a variety of roles, such as a waiter/waitress, bartender, chef, or kitchen assistant. You will also have the opportunity to work in different settings, such as fine dining restaurants, cafes, hotels, and catering companies. This will give you a well-rounded understanding of the industry and prepare you for a successful career in F&B.

Apart from gaining practical experience, a F&B Trainee Internship also provides you with the opportunity to learn about the business side of F&B operations. You will learn about inventory management, cost control, menu planning, and other important aspects of running a successful F&B business.

• Ensure at all times maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all guests along with PCR members, VIPs, and repeat guests, and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
• Greet VIP guests personally
• Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
• Assist with the restaurant service including 3 meals
• Ensure the maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system
• Asst. to conduct seasonalF&B promotion - Asst. departmental training
