Welcome and see off guests in the hotel lobby
Greet VIP guests as the relevant requests.
Deliver newspapers and welcome gifts to customers.
Focus on customer needs and actively provide assistance and support in customer areas.
Assist foreign guests to check in and check out.
Monitor the line staffs to ensure the guests are always received politely and with full attention, thus achieving maximum guest satisfactions.
Handle foreign guest complaints, refer them to relevant authorities if necessary, and take corrective action.
Schedule and attend regular VIP guest cocktail parties and social engagements in an effort to further improve on service delivery.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining mutual understanding and friendly relations between guests and the hotel.
Complete other tasks from line managers.
