Our participants will learn about Chinese cuisine, ancient family traditions and how the Chinese youth spend their everyday school life. This rich, first-hand experience will greatly benefit your personal development and help to form the mind-set of a true “citizen of the world”. Maybe more importantly, you will have the chance to make friends with people from China and even become a real part of their family.
Besides the cultural and personal aspects, our participants also make huge progress in learning Mandarin Chinese. Staying in a host-family will soon enable you to handle everyday situations in China on your own. This clearly gives you a great advantage over those who “only” study Chinese at school and might even be a first step for your future career-development.We place the utmost importance on the safety and happiness of our students. All our host- families are carefully selected and our international team will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for students (and their parents), to handle any difficulties that might arise.
